Open the AnalyzerActive sessions may display diagnostic metadata, processing summaries, and contact information. Avoid opening them on shared devices or during untrusted screen sharing.
If you need to continue from another browser or device, request a fresh recovery link so the older access path can be replaced in a controlled way.
When a saved session is reopened outside the trusted context, the linked delivery email may be requested before protected content is restored.
To issue a replacement recovery link, support should receive the Session ID or Case ID together with the linked delivery email address.
